#18 & #19 Online applications & tools

This is rather overwhelming - it would be wonderful for travellers if Microsoft Word was not on the PC. I think a pro-forma resume would be a fantastic update and used by numerous people. The spreadsheet facilities would be useful if on business. These tools are a boon to all.

The self-publishing facilities of 2.0 are free and amazing. Multi-media facilities are available and you can create almost anything - books, calendars, the list is as endless as your imagination.
